FAQs

You’ve got questions,
we’ve got answers.

  • Right here on our Tickets Page!

  • We build Bass & Grass to be an all-in community experience. We’d love for you to join for the full weekend! That said, if you truly can’t adjust your plans please reach out to jennie@greenbellbedandbarn.com and we’ll try to work something out.

  • Refunds are available until February 28th, for help, email jennie@greenbellbedandbarn.com.

  • If the festival is cancelled full refunds will be issued.

  • The show will go on! There’s no such thing as bad weather. Only bad gear.

  • Instruments, camping gear, fishing gear, cooler, ice (not available on property), refillable water bottle, sunscreen, layers for cool nights, and comfy farm clothes! Meals are included but bring your own adult beverages and/or additional snacks.

  • Yes! We know how tough the road can be for working musicians, and Bass & Grass wouldn’t be the same without you. That’s why we offer a limited volunteer program that gives musicians the chance to attend and participate in exchange for helping out with the festival. If you’re interested, head to our Volunteer Page to learn more and sign up.

  • The workshops are circle-style on the large screen porch at the barn. All festival attendees are welcome to join in and jam with expert guidance from our Bass and Grass pros. Occasionally, smaller breakout sessions will focus on specific song writing skills and playing techniques.

  • Meals are included from the moment you arrive. We kick things off with Thursday night dinner, then roll into hearty brunches and family-style dinners on Friday and Saturday (with snacks in between). Saturday evening features our legendary fish fry, and we close the weekend with Sunday breakfast. And yes, there’s hot coffee ready every morning.

  • Yes! Water and coffee will be provided at meals but if you’d like to drink something stronger please bring it yourself. Don’t forget a refillable water bottle, cooler, and ice!

  • Yes! There might be a few loaner poles lying around, but no telling what shape they’re in. Bring your own gear if you want to do some proper bass slaying.

  • Ughhh why would you ask this? But yes. There’s pretty decent cell service throughout the property. There’s also high-speed fiber internet. Try ditching your phone and touching grass.

  • Tent and RV camping are included, with plenty of space to spread out across a scenic sixth-generation farm. Pitch your tent in the piney woods, set up by a quiet pond, or tuck in along one of the trails. RVs are welcome (no hookups), and everyone has access to outdoor showers and rustic facilities.

  • If you’re really cool you can stay a little longer. But please email jennie@greenbellbedandbarn.com to check first. Be ready to help with cleanup chores on Sunday.

  • Yes! RVs are welcome, with plenty of space to park and settle in. Water and electric hookups are not available, but the setting makes up for it with wide open skies, peaceful woods, and a short walk to outdoor showers and facilities.

  • Yes to bicycles, yes to golf carts, no to ATVs. If bringing a golf cart, please email jennie@greenbellbedandbarn.com to give us a heads up.

  • We love pets, but please don’t bring them to Bass & Grass. The farm already has a few resident dogs who demand constant attention and belly rubs. We’re afraid they would get jealous if we brought more animals into the mix.

  • No.

  • Yes! Bass & Grass has toilets and portable potties throughout the venue. There are centrally located outdoor showers, and if you’re feeling adventurous, the lake is always open for a dip.

  • You bet. The Green Bell has hosted everything from weddings to family reunions to corporate retreats. If you’d like to book the property for your own special event, check out greenbellbedandbarn.com for details.

  • The Green Bell Bed & Barn is located at 405 Malatchie Rd. Perry, Georgia. About 1.5 hours south of Atlanta. Drive, carpool, ride share, train hop, take a Groom Shuttle, or walk. We’ll be here with beers on ice and a guitar that needs tuning.

  • We got you fam. Email jennie@greenbellbedandbarn.com
